Like you can check the oil and water levels in your car but don’t do a complete overhaul on it, you can do things to keep your body functioning optimally. There are times you need a mechanic for your car or a health care professional for your self, but most of the “maintenance” is up to you. The more you learn to do on your own, like changing a tire on a car or doing your own oil changes or tune-ups, the more control you have over the 'health' of your vehicle. The same philosophy applies to your body. You can learn how to monitor many functions of the body to greatly improve and maintain good health.
The Healing Zone is not a medical office.
